How do I make a reservation?

Check our availability online. We recommend making your reservation at least 48 hours in advance through our online booking system. You will receive a confirmation upon booking.

What type of payments are accepted?

We process payments via Stripe. Stripe works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo. Stripe also supports mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

What is Salt + Sand’s cancellation policy?

  1. In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure, the full reservation amount is refunded. Alternatively, upon communication, the rental can be rescheduled.

  2. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, 75% of the total rental amount is refunded.

  3. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure, the total rental amount is retained, and no refund will be given.

In case of adverse conditions that prohibit departure on the rental day, the full reservation amount is refunded. Alternatively, upon communication, the rental can be rescheduled.
